The 247-Slide Deck is Gristmill's oldest continuously delivered product. First deployed in 1968 at a regional utility in central Pennsylvania, it has since been delivered more than 40,000 times to workforces across every sector of the American economy.
Each engagement begins at 8:00 a.m. sharp and runs four uninterrupted hours. Attendance is mandatory. Phones are collected at the door. A single certified Gristmill instructor reads each of the deck's 247 slides aloud, word for word, in order. The slides contain no images, no diagrams, no visual aids, and no humor. Slide 183 is titled 'Continued Thoughts on Synergy (cont.).' Slide 184 is also titled 'Continued Thoughts on Synergy (cont.).'
Upon completion, attendees are issued a certificate suitable for framing and a follow-up examination covering material that was not discussed.

Engagement Model
Delivered on-site or remote. Gristmill assigns a single certified instructor for the duration of the engagement. Recommended minimum audience size is forty (40) attendees. There is no maximum. The reading proceeds at a fixed cadence regardless of audience comprehension, engagement, or physical consciousness.
