Certified Gratitude Curriculum

The Training Arm — Twelve modules. One outlook. Permanent adjustment.

The Certified Gratitude Curriculum is Gristmill's most comprehensive attitude-adjustment program. Deployed across twelve sequential modules — one per month — the curriculum walks employees from baseline through advanced gratitude, with certification testing at each stage.

Module topics include: the moral case for shareholder returns, the true cost of a superyacht's barnacle removal, the psychological benefits of accepting one's compensation, the history of workforce volatility and why it ended well for no one, and the gratitude journal as a performance review artifact. The final module requires attendees to write a one-page letter to their largest shareholder and read it aloud in a small group.

Graduates of the program report a measurable decline in 'wanting things,' a decline that has been shown to persist for up to fourteen months following completion.
