Gristmill believes that a certification earned is a certification that must be earned again. Certification Renewal Every 30 Days applies this principle across the full Gristmill training catalog. Each month, employees retake the examinations associated with every training they have ever completed. The material does not change. The passing standard does not change. The requirement does not change.

Employees who fail any renewal are subject to immediate remediation, which consists of retaking the full original training. Employees who pass are entered into the next renewal cycle, which begins the following day.

The program is self-perpetuating and is recommended as a permanent foundation for any workforce.
