Professional Nasal Hygiene for the Client-Facing Workforce
The Training Arm — Eight hours. One topic. Mandatory for all personnel.
Gristmill's Nasal Hygiene webinar is an eight-hour single-topic training session required for every employee in a client-facing role, and — at the client's discretion — for every employee regardless of role. The curriculum, developed in consultation with a now-defunct etiquette consultancy in Hartford, covers the selection, handling, deployment, and disposal of nasal tissue in professional environments.
The training presumes no existing hygiene. Topic areas include but are not limited to: tissue grade selection, the two-hand fold, the quiet blow, the after-blow pause, and the three approved stowage locations. Each topic is reinforced by group repetition exercises conducted over video with cameras required on.
By the end of the eight hours, attendees will not only understand the standard but will have abandoned any previous confidence in their ability to blow their own nose without supervision.
